What’s on your

Choose your language, then a book for today.

For parents who want to grow with their children
Priority Zero Parenting
An excerpt · For Children, Rhythm Speaks Louder Than Words
Continue reading · freeIt is easy to tell a child, ‘Exercise,’ ‘Read a book,’ ‘Go to bed early.’ The problem is when the parent saying it is lying on the sofa, scrolling through short videos.
Raising twins, I saw it every day. Children notice what parents do before they listen to the explanation.

For anyone finding a way to begin again
Priority Zero
An excerpt · A Day Does Not Fall Apart All at Once
Continue reading · freeSleeping in is one event. What you do afterward is the next event.
But we tie it all into one bundle. Lazy. Weak-willed. Messed it up again.

For anyone finding their own direction
Priority Zero Philosophy
An excerpt · Knowing That I Don’t Know
Continue reading · free‘I don’t know’ can sound like an admission of incompetence. But the truly dangerous person is not the one who doesn’t know. It is the one who believes they know what they do not.
When we lack knowledge, we can ask questions. When we have too much certainty, the questions themselves disappear.
Say it Young-soo-nee.
In Korean, the number 0 is read as “young” (영). The name comes from 0순위, or “zeroth priority.”
For me, Priority Zero is the foundation that helps me start again when things fall apart, without giving up on myself.
The strength to do what needs doing, even when you don’t feel like it.

02 — ABOUT JAE JUN SUH
I write.
I’m still learning.
I spent 15 years in Australia. Now I live in Korea, where I raise twins, sell cars, train, and write.
A day I raised my voice at the kids. A plan I didn’t follow. A person I judged too quickly. That’s where my writing starts.
When someone’s experience changes my mind, I revise the books, too. These are notes from a life still in progress.

Running around.
Growing together.
As the kids grow,
so do I.

Would I be happy for my child to live the way I do?
A little flex, with a lot of confidence.
Us, a few years back

Let’s talk on Threads.
That’s where I share what I’m writing and thinking about.
Come say hello.
I’m just getting started on Instagram and YouTube, too.
